The California Grape & Tree Fruit League is the only agricultural trade association in California that represents the table grape and fresh deciduous tree fruit industries. Serving as a watchdog for these industries, the League has been monitoring and actively participating in legislative, regulatory and public policy matters for 65 years.

The League's voluntary membership is comprised of approximately 350 growers, shippers and associated groups from throughout California. A diverse number of perishable crops are represented within the membership - peaches, apples, apricots, plums, cherries, pears, figs, table grapes, nectarines, kiwifruit, quince and persimmons.

The mission of the California Grape & Tree Fruit League is to identify and address issues that directly impact the grape and tree fruit industries and to fulfill the needs of its membership while maintaining a viable organization in this endeavor. Today's organization, based in Fresno, California, addresses many diverse issues that affect California agriculture, including such matters as environmental resources, farm labor, marketing, packaging, pesticides, standardization, taxation, trade, and transportation.
